Self-Balancing Robot

UBC ELEC 391 · with Alex Zhou

This project was done in collaboration with Alex Zhou for the course ELEC 391 at UBC. The goal was to create a self-balancing, maneuverable two-wheeled inverted pendulum robot. It involved extensive MATLAB simulation and modelling of the physical system and its cascaded PID control system, as well as software and hardware design and integration.
